Refund and Exchange Policy
Vashaly Boutique takes all necessary actions and care in ensuring our buyer’s order are conveyed as accurately as possible, and item(s) are delivered in a good quality and condition to the buyer.
1) Therefore we will ONLY accept any request for Refund/Exchange with reasons deemed valid as below:
i) wrong item delivered, this must be solely due to our mistake and not due to buyer’s mistake
ii) damaged item delivered, either due to damage during transit or unnoticed defects in item(s)
2) In the event a Refund/Exchange is raised based on the reasons given in point no 1 i) and 1 ii), a buyer MUST ensure the following conditions are met, otherwise we can duly decline a buyer’s request for Refund/Exchange:
i) support Refund and Exchange claims by providing evidence of picture and/or video of the defect or wrong item delivered, while unpacking the shipment.
ii) all Refund/Exchange requests have to be raised within 48 hours upon receiving the shipment
iii) all Refund/Exchange items are intact, unused, unwashed and unworn.
iv) return the Refund/Exchange items in the exact condition as purchased, and in the original packaging.
v) ship out Return item(s) to us within 24 hours or within the next working day, upon informing us of the issue
3) Please be informed that Vashaly Boutique reserves its rights to approve any claims for Refund/Exchange, solely at its own discretion. All Refunds and Exchanges will be only be approved and processed when item(s) are delivered to us fulfilling all the conditions mentioned above.
4) In addition, all item(s) are subject to quality inspection, before a Refund or Exchange request can be approved. Exchange is only allowed for the same item and other options for replacement will be given to buyer, ONLY if a stock is discontinued. Upon receipt of Return item, we will contact the buyer for Refund/Exchange details within 2 working days. A Refund/Exchange will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving claims and any order cancellations is not permitted during this time or anytime earlier.
5) However, please note that we do NOT accept any Refund/Exchange requests for the reasons/items below:
i) Buyer’s Change of Mind or when a buyer don’t like/need an item(s) anymore
ii) For reasons that the colour/material/design is different from buyer’s expectation
iii) Handloomed or handcrafted item(s), which are subject to slight irregularities in the form of colour smudges, thread pulls, as these will NOT be considered as real damages.
iv) Sales/discounted item(s)
6) Vashaly Boutique also reserve its rights to make any necessary amendments (if any) to the Refund and Exchange Policy from time to time, without prior notice. Please contact us if you need any further clarification on the Returns and Exchange Policy.
