All items that can be added into your Cart is currently available readystock in Malaysia.

All available variation and colour options of the item has already been published. Anyway please get in touch with us via “Contact Us” form or Whatsapp, should you have further enquiries or any other requirements.

Orders will be processed within next working day and shipped within 2 working days. Shipment to addresses in West Malaysia will generally arrive within 2-3 business days and for East Malaysia will arrive within 3-5 business days, after your order is confirmed. 

For international shipping, orders should arrive within 5-7 business days, though we ask for you to expect to receive your order within two weeks in case there are any delays in transit due to any unforeseen circumstances. We also have an economy shipping option that will show up on your cart page when checking out.

The cost of shipping within Malaysia (West and East) is calculated based on the Standard Shipping weight with a flat rate of RM10 for order under 3kg. However, for items 3kg and above, shipping cost will be applied accordingly.  For International Shipping, we offer DHL and other shipping services. The shipping cost is based on your location and shipment weight. You can check for your exact shipping cost on the Cart page.

We regularly ship within Malaysia, as well as many countries abroad like the Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, United States, Canada, most of Europe, Japan, China, Australia and New Zealand. Note that any import fees or customs charges, if applied, will be the customer’s responsibility.

We regret that we currently do NOT offer these options, due to the safety SOP’s that we need to adhere to due to the current Pandemic.

We will send you an email confirmation, once your item is being shipped. This email contains all the relevant information about the shipping details and consignment number that you can use to track your parcel via the shipping company.

We provide gifts packing/wrapping option when you purchase any of our products. You can choose from the Gifts sections on how you want your gifts to be packed/wrapped/presented. For example you can add either ie: saree box, wrapper, ribbon, soap rose and greeting card in your cart and reach out to us via our “Contact Us” or Whatsapp for more information and a greeting note.

The discount Voucher of 10% or 20% given to you, can be used for your next purchase by entering the code upon checkout, in your next order. Anyhow this voucher is only valid for a period of 6 months from the date of the first purchase.  

Cancellation of order is only allowed within the first 24 hours of order, however once the order is confirmed and shipped out, cancellation is NOT allowed.

Returns/Refunds or Exchanges will be only accepted if there are damages found in items or if wrong items are posted to you. Reasons such as change of mind, I don’t want this anymore, Not the colour/design/material expected and so on will NOT be accepted.
